Can I still access my old Cornwall Insight account?
If you previously had an account with us, you will need to re-register your details on CATALYST to access your subscription services. Simply register with your email to get started, or you can watch our handy ‘How to Register & Navigate Catalyst’ video
How do I create a Catalyst account?
When you first register your account to CATALYST, you will be asked to add your email address and click ‘proceed’. You will then be directed to log in or ‘register’. Here you will fill in your details and create a password. After registering you will receive an email to verify your account. Once verified you will be able to log in to CATALYST using a single sign-on, so will not be required to type in your password if you are also logged in to the same email
Where can I find my subscription services?
Once logged in to CATALYST you can navigate to your subscription services using the menu on the left. There will be a drop down titled ‘Subscription Services’, where you can view your ‘Latest Updates’ or filter by category. Any service you are not currently subscribed to will appear with a padlock.
What do I do if my service is missing?
If you are subscribed to a service and it is not visible or you are struggling to find it, please get in touch with our team at support@cornwall-insight.com who will be happy to help.

CATALYST is a fully integrated online platform exclusive to Cornwall Insight customers. It acts as a one-stop-shop for all your subscription services and essential energy industry analysis. Access industry leading research, insights, and data through a single, easy to use interface. Work quickly, efficiently, and accurately to make better business decisions for the future.

How do I navigate Catalyst?
CATALYST is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, saving you significant time by viewing all your subscriptions in one place. When you first log in you will be greeted by the CATALYST homepage, where you can refine your services by category or industry segment. You can also quickly view the latest updates using the ‘Latest Updates’ view from the menu on the left.
Each subscription service is displayed as a tile, with a list of all the reports, articles, forecasts, or forums that are included as part of your subscription.
There is also a handy help centre with an industry glossary, and a tour of CATALYST if you ever need a refresh.
Where can I find thought leadership?
Full access to thought leadership is now exclusive to Cornwall Insight customers and can be accessed through your CATALYST account.
How can I give feedback?
