Our Principal Modeller Tom Edwards spoke in the Financial Times on the challenges the government will face meeting it's 2030 power decarbonisation targets. The newspaper reported on our latest GB Benchmark Power Curve, which showed solar and wind to account would be only 44% of power generation by 2030, a far cry from the 67% needed for decarbonisation.
